I believe, through my experience, that there is an evident need of student counseling in students. Students could excel higher grades not just in case of studies but also in case of practical life. Students must make sure that they have guiding principles of their own. I have some quick tips or guiding principles for students so that they can be effective in the long run. Here are some of the tips that could be followed by students for excelled productivity.
1. Be Proactive: rather than reacting:
Always create a situation where you can be productive rather than just reacting on he complication of the situation.
2. To begin with the end in mind:
People need to create a situation in mind and hen actually making it happen in reality.
3. Put first thing first
Setting priority is the best implication that a student can learn.
4. Win Win
Always plan a situation or working process in which you win and you help others win. In other words, it could be said that you should be able to win in whole team and not solely as an individual.
5. Seek first to understand to be understood
It is imperative to make sure that you build understanding about yourself and also try to understand others. In this way people will be able to understand you.
6. Synergy
Don’t loose the hope. Keep your spirits high as nothing comes easy.
7. Sharpen the saw
Make yourself capable enough to understand take major decisions. Find your potentials at the first place.
